I'm based in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont, but I'm enthusiastic about traveling anywhere in the country to work with my clients. I primarily work remotely for national and regional clients, but I'm happy to work in-person with local organizations as needed.

I always start with a free 30-minute discovery call where we get to know each other and I ask lots of questions about your organization's needs. Following this call, I'll draw up a proposal or draft scope of work, share it with you, and meet again to make sure your needs are fully met.

I need openness, flexibility, and true partnership. I'm not the kind of consultant who disappears into a black hole and doesn't come back until the final product is done. This is a partnership between me and you, and I rely on regular communication to make sure what I deliver is usable and implementable.
